Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time paid subscribers. If you purchase a paid plan and are not satisfied for any reason within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.

To request a refund, email us at billing@venturescan.app from the email address associated with your account. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

2. Eligibility

The 7-day guarantee applies when all of the following are true:

  • It is your first paid subscription to VentureScan.
  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the initial charge.
  • Your account is not in violation of our Terms of Service.

The guarantee does not apply to subsequent billing cycles, plan upgrades, or accounts that have previously received a refund.

3. Renewals and Ongoing Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Renewal charges are non-refundable. To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel before the renewal date.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future charges; you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

4. Partial Months

We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months if you cancel mid-cycle. Your subscription remains active through the end of the paid period.

5. Exceptions

In cases of technical failure where the service was entirely unavailable for an extended period, or billing errors resulting in duplicate charges, we will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis regardless of the standard 7-day window. Contact us at billing@venturescan.app with details.

6. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days after we initiate the refund).
